Another Now is a fascinating book. It is a science fiction novel, in which the author uses as a literary device the “many-world” theory to describe another world in which his vision of a market economy without capitalism has come to existence, following an alternative history that departed from our world in 2008, during the financial crisis. This device gives him the possibility to describe the details of the organization of this Another Now. Personally, I could identify with Costa, the technologist, one of the novel’s protagonists.
